Liked the location and rooms, they were great. 11th arr. District deserves your attention. For breakfast hotel charges eur 20 per person. Moreover, we parked on-site.
-
Loyal staff, good service, great views. Take a look at 11th arr. District, it's worth it.

Experience was excellent.
There were incredibly lovely staff and rooms. We greatly enjoyed the view of the garden. For lunch or dinner go to Grazie, located next door to the hotel. Besides, parking was available on site. Nice place for 3 nights.
-
Near metro stations, many fantastic restaurants within walking distance and surrounded by supermarkets :)))) Everything was clean
-
Lovely locaiton, short walk to restaurants and the rooms were extremely clean
-
picasso national museum is really walkable. merci cine cafe with coffee & goodies is 200 meters walk away. suite exceeded all expectations.
-
best thing is the bed, bathroom, details of amenities and area where the hotel is located, close to everything and near several subway lines useful for tourism.
The worst thing was, without a doubt, the attention of the staff when it came to solving a problem caused by them: the man who checked us in on arrival insisted that we had breakfast included in the price, even though we told him we thought not to and that it was not in our reservation. As he insisted, we finally went down to have breakfast the next day and found that once we were seated, they wanted to charge us 40 euros. When I tried to explain the misunderstanding, that it had been her mistake and not ours and that, given the circumstances, we were not going to stay for breakfast (we had barely served ourselves a cup of coffee), the lady who attended us was abrupt and quite unpleasant, as if she doubted my word or as if, in spite of that, she was surprised that I did not want to pay 40 euros for breakfast. With that condescension that many Parisians show, she "honoured" us by letting us drink the coffee that we had already served (very badly, by the way). It seemed to me that they managed it badly and, without a doubt, it tarnished our otherwise great stay.

Very good gym, very comfortable room, good amenities.
The bathrooms could be renovated, but in general they are very good.
-
the staff were very helpful & friendly
the room was sold as 1 king & 1 single. it had 2 x singles and 1 x couch.cost of broadband was ridiculous. 20euro for 24 hours.
-
The space between the different buildings
The rooms are awful and don't deserve at all 4 stars. Don't go
-
Great art gallery next door as well as 3 alternative bars across the street. Walking distance to other important art galleries & the Marais.
The colour scheme was not my cup of tea. Sort of art nouveau hallways lined with black tiles, purple & gold details and the kind of dim yet fluorescent public washroom style lighting which disguises the dirt. Weird choice for a hotel. Semi up dated room as my kitchen (?!) was original and less attractive than the room decor.
-
Large suite with two bathrooms.
Both showers were broken. One could not send water through the shower head, only spewed out horizontal body sprays, and even that was with too much force to stand in front of. The other one had a broken wall mount so the spray had to be hand held through the entire shower. When informed of that double inconvenience, all they did was credit the charges for movie and mini-bar, a savings of about $20 usd on the $500 per night room. What more basic thing do you want in a hotel besides a good night sleep and a good shower. This room only provided one of those two basics.
-
the foyer
corridors smelt. I don't believe the bathroom was cleaned properly - just tidied. Staff seemed friendly, but not over helpful.
-
It is a very quiet hotel.
Very poor room service for a hotel of this category: missing towels, third bed not ready when we arrived, hairdryer not working twice, missing toilet paper.
-
Excellent location, offering comfort in very pleasant surroundings. The staff were very helpful and the standard of cleanliness very high.
